How long do you take to process orders?

We're equally excited for you to receive your drinkware, so we'll do our best to ship it within 24 hours on business days. (Monday - Saturday)

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive your tracking information via SMS & email. You can also track your order here anytime. How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Because we ship orders within 24 hours, it may be too late if your order is already processed. Please give us a call or shoot us an email at to see what we can do best.


Do you offer free shipping?

We believe in keeping things simple and offer free shipping across India.
All our prices mentioned include 18% GST, as well.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, and delivery takes between 2-6 business days, depending on the delivery location. The estimated delivery date is updated in real-time on your order tracking page. If you don't receive your order within the suggested time frame, please give us a call, and we'll set things right.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered as business days for deliveries.

I mentioned the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

What if I never received my order, but the courier marked it as delivered?

If you've double-checked your home + building premises and your order is still missing, contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the sms/email stating your order has been delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

We always aim to ensure our products spark happiness wherever they go. However, if you wish to return an order, it will break our heart, but we’ll be happy to help with a refund.

1. Returns may be made within 3 days of the order delivery date. Products must be unused and returned in a saleable condition and original packaging.

2. We provide complete assistance in return pickup from your place. As we offer free onward shipping, we won't be able to cover the return shipping fee and it will be deducted from the original amount.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email us for a return at, and we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Carefully pack the products so that they're not damaged while in transit. Next, affix the return label on the package, and our delivery partner will have it picked up.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive the returned products and inspect their condition - we will credit the original mode of payment within 2 business days. Please allow 7 working days for it to appear in your account due to varying processing times of payment providers. If you don't see your refund after two weeks, please email us at, and we'll get to the bottom of it.
